A highly reputable and extremely successful organisation based in Liverpool City Centre is currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on an initial short term temporary basis, however there is a chance that the role will either be extended or even made permanent for the successful candidate. In what is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps within Finance as a career move, the successful applicant will be joining a dynamic and fast paced environment to assist with an increase in workload due to a period of expansion which has resulted in record company growth. You will be comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a team and will have excellent written, verbal and IT skills including the regular use of MS Excel. My client is looking to consider a range of applicants including applicants looking to study towards the AAT qualification.

- Processing supplier invoices on to the purchase ledger
- Dealing with supplier requests for payment and supplier queries
- Filing and scanning supplier invoices and expenses with receipts
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets

- Any other duties as required by the Finance department
