Finance Analyst
 
This role is based in Stourbridge, will pay £30,000-35,000 and begin in January 2019.

The Finance Analyst will work closely with the Finance Director and Central Finance Team to provide necessary development and improvement of budgeting process, cashflow reporting, KPI’s and data analysis.
 
Key responsibilities:

• analytical reviews to ensure P&L of all entities is as expected and variances are understood;
• performing data analysis to provide robust financial assessment & recommendations, including review of coding;
• analysis and production of the accounts in a timely and accurate manner in line with the month end timetable;
• producing regular reports on KPIs;
• balance sheet and supplier reconciliations;
• supports business managers in evaluating and interpreting financial data (business reviews);
• developing appropriate financial methods, procedures and modelling for measuring and evaluating performance and new specific ad hoc projects; and
• cash flow reporting, production of rolling cash flow forecasts and production of charity-wide budgets and forecast, including reviews of local divisional budgets and production of aggregated budgets.

You will be qualified or part-qualified. You will need advanced Excel and time management skills. Ideally you will have experience of Open Accounts alongside charity accounts, SORPs and Treasury management.
