Financial Controller job in London paying £90,000, responsible for group reporting at this European property company.

Your new company
This European property company has established its portfolio across the continent and partners with some leading real estate names on the various ventures. Having undertaken a rapid buy-to-hold acquisition strategy, the business is in an exciting stage of transition and requires a dynamic individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Your new role
This newly created Financial Controller reports into the CFO and leads a team of 2 qualified chartered accountants. With the business continuing to grow you'll be tasked with developing a robust process and control framework ensuring the business meets its financial reporting and investor reporting obligations. The role will also include transaction support for new acquisitions alongside ad hoc commercial support.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed your ACA qualification whilst at an accountancy practice here with a focus on auditing a range of large clients. After taking a move out of practice, you will now have experience of working in a company with fundamental financial and management reporting responsibilities. Ideally you will have a knowledge of the European real estate market that will support your ability to provide strategic insights. Strong Excel modelling capabilities will be required on a daily basis, and you will have natural communication skills, energy and charisma to fit into this high calibre environment.
