Financial Accountant

This role sits within a dynamic team of accountants responsible for external reporting for the Group's UK companies as well as interpreting and implementing new accounting standards across the Group. The team are responsible for statutory reporting including being the first point of contact for our auditor and regulatory reporting including Solvency II. Key Responsibilities:

This role would be suitable for a part-qualified accountant with experience in the production of statutory accounts with an interest in the interpretation and implementation of new accounting standards. The successful candidate will be required to:

• Assist with the IFRS reporting duties for the Group companies in the UK.
• Assist with the Solvency II reporting to the regulator on an annual and quarterly basis
• Assist in production of the UK Group statutory accounts
• Assist in the interpretation of new accounting developments
• Assist with adhoc tasks and queries from customers

• Good technical accounting knowledge,

• Working knowledge of SAP desirable.
