Management Accountant

SJC are currently working with a well-established property business who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant.

You will be reporting to the Group Financial Controller to ensure all the required information is accurately delivered within the company deadlines.

The purpose of the role is to ensure all the annual budgets are prepared in accordance with the service managers.

You will be responsible for the production of the management accounts, including the budgeting and forecasting.

Other duties for the role include:

- Preparing financial reporting for specific entities
- Assisting with preparation of annual accounts
- Treasury management
- Liaise with non-finance members to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
- Identify and implement improvements of internal controls and processes

The chosen candidate will be qualified ACA/ ACCA/CIMA and have previous experience in a similar role within property.
