Commercial Management Accountant - Finalist CIMA / ACCA or ACA - North Manchester with onsite car parking

Our Client is a market leading / innovator with ambitious expansions plans - they are a business which offers so much to their Staff and Customers!

As the Commercial Management Accountant you will be close to Qualification of either CIMA / ACCA or ACA - our Client will offer full study support to Qualification.

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, a main function of your role will be the Business Partnering of non finance Stakeholders. You will be working to ensure that you drive profitability with the Stakeholders.

You will do this by;

• further developing Weekly and Monthly Sales and Margin Reports - within this you will include Commentary
• assist with production of Monthly Management Accounts - you will take responsibility for the Profitability Reporting
• production of detailed Variance Analysis, you will use the data from the Analysis to develop your Business Case in respect of Profitability
• assist with development of Annual Cost and Budget Plan and also Forecasting - you will use this Data to identify and report on Risks
• work across elements of Year End - working with Internal and External Auditors
• ad hoc Projects - working as a lead as the Business further develops

Your communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with Finance and Non Finance Managers. Our Client would also welcome experience of working perhaps in - FMCG / Retail or Distribution - although this is not essential.

However strong Excels skills will be essential.
