SF Group is currently recruiting a Financial Accountant to a successful and well established market leading retailer. A position has become available in a busy finance team located in Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a faced paced and dynamic working environment on a temporary basis. The contract is initially for 3-6 months but there is a possibility that the successful candidate may be offered a permanent position.
You will be responsible for:
Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include:
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts
- Financial and management reporting - monthly P+L reports, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis
- Maintenance of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining fixed assets register
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fully qualified (ACA/Big 4 Audit background preferable)
- 2 years' experience post qualification in a similar role
- Immediately available
Package:
- Competitive day rate between £250-£300
