SF Group is currently recruiting a Management Accountant for one of the leading service providers located in Corby. The role is a temporary position and you will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
In order to be considered for this role you will be CIMA qualified (or equivalent) and have a background in preparing and monitoring budgets.
You will be responsible for:
- Support the division in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, assisting in the production process and checking for accuracy and quality.
- Provide support to Heads of Departments and staff as directed by the Senior Finance Analyst.
- Developing and supporting the use of analysis to help support and drive business decisions.
- Perform month/year end processes, including advice on accruals, prepayments, and deferred income.
- Assist with statutory, Financial and operational reporting.
- Contribute to and develop divisional performance analysis, including the monthly KPI dashboard.
- Ad hoc analysis as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Analytical mind set and excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent Excel skills
- The ability to work as part of team as well as independently.
- The ability to communicate effectively to all staff.
