The SF Group is pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing business based in Derby for an Interim Management Accountant to cover a period of maternity leave. The role will report into the Commercial Controller.
As the Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include the preparation of monthly Management Accountants including P&L, balance sheet and budgeting/forecasting activities. You will support the commercial team in making decision by supporting them with robust and well informed financial analysis. This is a great role for a candidate who is looking to make a step change in developing your career as the role offers both accounting and commercial exposure.
To be considered for this role you will need to be a part-qualified/qualified/QBE Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification or equivalent). You will need to have experience in a similar role, possess good analytical skills, have a high attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and understandable way to non-finance staff.
The role offers a salary range from £32,000 to £37000 on a fixed term contract basis. Day rate candidates may be considered.
