My client, a Top 30 law firm, are looking to add an Accounts Payable Supervisor to their team. The role is based in Central London. The job has arisen due to my client completing a recent acquisition. You should have accounts payable experience within legal or professional services.
- Must have at least 5 years' AP experience within the legal sector
- Managing a team of 3
- Experience with Aderant and/or Elite is extremely desirable
- Strong understanding of Solicitors Accounting Rules & helping with SRA audits
- Assisting with various projects and streamlining the AP function
- Reconciling client/matter balances
- Inputting invoices, expenses and disbursements
- VAT returns
- Reconciling supplier statements
