I am working with a blue chip business in South Manchester to recruit an Assistant Accountant. Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the role will be responsible for:
Assist in the production of periodic financial and KPI reports
Assist with analysis of cashflow
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Assist with budgeting and forecasting process
Preparation and posting of journals.
Applicants should have experience in a similar role as Assistant Accountant and be seeking a progressive role in a busy and growing finance function. Applicants should also be actively studying towards an accountancy qualification and possess excellent IT skills including a sound grasp of Excel.
