Finance Business Partner

The SF Group are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a leading Manufacturing company in Derbyshire. As a trusted point of contact within the Management Team, this role reports directly into the Finance Director. Key responsibilities for the role include:

- Reporting and Analysis to assist with rapid growth within the business
- The ability to establish problems quickly, and offer innovative solutions as a means of resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with both Financial and Non Financial Key Stakeholders within the business
- Review and implement methods of automating data analysis
- Understand drivers within the business, to provide guidance on Performance including KPI's, ROI, Scenario Planning and Benchmarking

You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent, with a trackrecord of collaborating with Key Stakeholders within the business, in a challenging environment. You will be from a Manufacturing Sector back You will be an Advanced Excel User, with the ability to interpret and manipulate data - automating taks using VBA. The ability to influence, negotiate and listen to key decision makers is critical, with the ability to resolve conflicts a must. Experience in any other Analytical packages would be advantageous.
