Finance Business Partner

This profitable FTSE 250 Facilities Management group specialises in the planning, installation & management of real estate, ensuring buildings and related facilities are smarter, greener, safer & operating efficiently. Enjoying double-digit growth in recent years, the business has ambitious plans to capitalise on this success. Due to a business transformation and change process, a 9-month interim contract exists for a qualified accountant to undertake a Finance Business Partner role. Supporting a Divisional Finance Director and business partnering Heads of internal functions, your broad and varied brief includes:

•Preparation of monthly management accounts & associated cash flows for key areas
•Overall responsibility for reporting & consolidation of functional overheads across the Group
•Develop associated reporting to support functional heads
•Provide strategic analysis of consolidated overhead reporting for key areas
•Identify & drive group cost saving initiatives
•Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
•Annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting for overheads & cashflow reporting
•Develop strategic relationships with key business stakeholders
•Support & review year-end tax pack, quarterly VAT returns
•Adhoc project work on standardisation of processes & automation

As a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with proven business partnering experience with key stakeholders, management reporting and financial analysis skills gained ideally within a Construction, Facilities Management or Contract environment, you will be a self-motivated, proactive individual with strong Excel skills and ideally exposure to SAP. The role demands excellent interpersonal and influencing ability alongside the gravitas to challenge to status quo and add value to the business. Immediate start available.
