We are currently looking for highly experienced Credit Controller with a proven experience of chasing large invoices.Actively reducing all overdue debt
Managing timely payment of fees from clients/brokers
Reconciliation of monthly broker statements
Strong communication with clients to ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner and all overdue debt is resolved
Looking to deliver on all credit and debtor day targets and maintain records of activity on all aged debt.
Strong Negotiating skills in order to bring payments from clients within the agreed terms of business.
Responding quickly to enquiries by both clients and brokers.
Being able to propose different payment solutions of irrecoverable debt.
Providing weekly reports on debt issues
MUST HAVE INSURANCE OR LEGAL BACKGROUND OR AVIATION AND EXCELLENT BROKERS RELATIONSHIPS
Work experience (legal, underwriter, broker, loss adjustor)
CICM OR CII (qualified or studying)
EXCEL (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)
