Interim CFO

Partner Financial are working with an innovative and rapidly growing SAAS business who require an Interim CFO with proven fundraising and exit experience.

The business is on a steep trajectory led by a high-profile board with outstanding credentials and have enjoyed a successful year of significant fundraising and development of an impressive blue-chip client base.

The role is a dynamic Interim CFO position which will entail leading the strategy and delivery of further fund-raising early in 2019 to maintain their growth. You will work closely with the VC backers and Board to ensure the business is well-prepared to exit within 2-3 years and help facilitate further international expansion. 

Key requirements: 

• Demonstrable experience as the CFO of a scale-up SAAS business;
• Significant experience as an CFO in a PE / VC Backed organisations;
• Demonstrable experience of taking a company through a successful exit;
• Significant experience of raising funds;  
• Natural gravitas and proven leadership ability;
• Immediately available to interview within the next fortnight;
• Previous experience setting up international entities, accounting and tax structures (desirable);
• An outgoing individual and strong networker.
