As Financial Accountant you will take responsilibity for the end to end financial accounting of allocated areas within the Corporation. You will be the primary point of contact for any queries arising from stakeholders both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Production of the statutory accounts, providing support to the manager to evaluate the accounting policies and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
- Supervise monthly accounting processes, ensuring all balance sheet reconciliations are prepared to deadlines
- Provide assistance with budgeting and forecasting
- Proactively review processes and controls, implementing improvements and challenging the status quo
Profile
You will ideally be a Qualified Accountant, with demonstrable experience of the production of statutory accounts, ideally under IFRS.
Experience of working within a large organisation would be extremely beneficial.
You must have good planning and organisational skills as well as the ability to liaise confidently with other areas of the organisation.
Job Offer
£35-£45,000 dependent on experience on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, + an excellent benefits package
