RK Accountancy are currently working on an exclusive basis with a rapidly expanding leisure group with a diverse portfolio of interests and an ever increasing customer base located on the Fylde Coast. This outstanding organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Clerk to join the company’s existing finance team.
Your New Job
The successful applicant should have previous experience of working as Senior Payroll Clerk, managing and processing complex high-volume end to end payroll, auto enrolment & RTI. As well as a timely and accurate delivery of payroll information, you will be responsible for recordkeeping, HMRC & Client reporting. As the Senior Payroll Clerk you will process a variety of weekly, monthly and annual payroll cycles, submit RTI to HMRC and liaise regarding any queries and deal with client queries as they arise. You should have strong understanding of payroll processes, tax codes, NI, auto enrolment and manual calculations
Your Experience & Our Requirements
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years ‘experience working in a similar role and have a clear understanding of the above listed duties, possess good technical skills including a good knowledge of Basic Microsoft packages, including SAGE and Excel. You will be a professional, self-motivated and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, able to follow clear instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Payroll qualifications are desirable but not essential.
