As Assistant Accountant, you will benefit from significant prospects in training and development, including the opportunity to commence or continue to study towards a professional accountancy qualification. As an Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts and projections, preparing accrual and prepayments. You will also take on duties to assist with External and internal Audits, Treasury Management, Production of Accounts, and Aged Debt Management, whilst managing the financial data through bespoke systems and assisting with general ad-hock duties as required
Your Experience & Our Requirements
Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Accountant with a strong understanding of working within accounts and knowledge of Sage / SAP. Experience of accounts preparation and HMRC returns and excellent communication skills are essential. You will have a minimum 2-3 years’ experience within a similar finance role and will be AAT qualified, and preferably have initiated studying CIMA/ACCA and be committed to becoming professionally qualified (study assistance will be provided
