A well-established worldwide manufacturing and production business based in Brentwood is seeking an ambitious Financial Controller.
Role and Responsibilities
The Financial Controller will be primarily responsible for the legal entities’ financial and corporate records. The right candidate will cooperate with other accounting functions to ensure compliant businesses. Duties will include:
- Taking the lead on internal control and internal audit programs
- Ensuring high quality, up to date US GAAP position is reported and reconciled to local statutory results
- Ensuring continuous improvement in the standardisation of reporting
- Fulfilling all corporate requests regarding tax and transfer pricing
- Coordinating recharges in respect to the entities involved, ensuring accurate statutory reporting
Required Skills
- Good communication skills; able to maintain relationships in both the operations organisation and within finance
- Able to influence the operational team in order to get commercial, statutory, control and continuous improvement items addressed
Salary, Contract and Benefits
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Permanent, full time contract
