A highly regarded and friendly firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking to recruit an experienced semi-senior accountant to join them full-time for a permanent role in Honiton, Devon.
Responsibilities of your new role
As a result of the firm establishing excellent professional relationships with a host of reputable business across Devon and the wider region, there is a demand for a competent semi-senior accountant to help manage and build on this continued growth by undertaking:
- Preparation of accounts for limited companies and sole traders;
- Preparation of tax returns for individuals and companies;
- Bookkeeping and VAT returns; and
- Internal and external audit work.
Required skills, experience and qualifications
The practice is looking to hear from accountants who can demonstrate:
- Either part or fully qualified AAT;
- At least 1-3 years of experience working in Practice; and
- Strong accounts experience and sound academic record.
Salary
An experience-dependent annual salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum is on offer for the successful applicant.
