An accountancy practice based in Launceston, Cornwall is currently looking for an Accounts Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities of your new role
Running a mixed portfolio of clients with a focus on agriculture, your primary duties as accounts manager will include:
- Preparing accounts for a range of businesses;
- Working on inheritance tax and capital gains tax;
- Maintaining client books;
- Providing a high level of service to clients; and
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
The firm are keen to hear from accounts managers who can demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA Accountant or QBE;
- Track record of client retention;
- Able to effectively maintain and develop client relationships;
- A strong communicator and team player; and
- Ideally experienced in agricultural accounts
Salary
If successful in landing this accounts manager position you can expect to receive an experience dependent salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
