Interim Finance Manager

Your new company
Our client is a property business currently going through an IPO. They are looking for a Financial reporting Manager to join them for a 3-6 month period as they look to recruit the role on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As Financial Reporting Manager you will be reporting directly to the FD and you will be responsible for a new separate group structure. As this is a new role there is a real opportunity for you to mould and develop it in to your own. You will also be responsible for all management and financial accounting; including start up accounts; ongoing management accounting; financial accounting; executive reporting and statutory reporting. The FD is very open to new ideas and want to work in partnership with the Financial reporting Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a fully qualified accountant with prior experience with IFRS accounting standards. You must have a knowledge of Sage and an understanding of complex accounting models. You must be a hands on team player who is willing to perform ad hoc tasks and get involved with the exciting and changing atmosphere of the business.
