RK Accountancy have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-known Gas and Electricity (B2C and B2B) company in Preston, this impressive and rapidly expanding organisation is seeking to appoint a Credit Controller to join their already successful and established collections team.
Your New Job:
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for the collection of debts from a varied client portfolio, Overseeing live accounts, Negotiating payment plans, Reducing aged-debt across the board, The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for Liaising with Directors on all Credit Control matters, Liaising with other departments and external debt collections agencies and The preparation of quarterly financial and debtors reports.
Your Experience & Our Requirements:
You will ideally have experience of working in a similar role and have a clear understanding of the above listed duties, possess good technical skills including a good knowledge of Excel. A Professional finance qualification (CICM) is not essential however would be desirable. You will have the ability to communicate accurately and with authority with difficult individuals in an empathetic but firm manner. You will a professional, self-motivated and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, able to follow clear instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Your Future As The Successful Candidate:
You’ll receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum. In addition to a market leading benefits package including generous holiday entitlement and free parking.
