A multi-billion pound turnover private equity backed Technology business is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. This is a high profile role within the organisation and the Commercial Finance Manager will gain significant exposure to senior stakeholders including the board. The Commercial Finance Manager will hold broad responsibility and will have the opportunity to progress quickly over the next 1-2 years.
The Commercial Finance Manager will lead the quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes and be tasked with bringing together all of the relevant contributors to this. Therefore strong business partnering traits are required. In addition this individual will be responsible for profitability reporting, analysis and cost transformation.
Another key facet of the Commercial Finance Manager position will be carrying out investment appraisals. This will include capital budgeting and investment planning to analyse the profitability of a projected investment or project i. NPV analysis.
This role will require strong project management and commercial acumen.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with post qualified experience in an FP&A or Commercial Finance role.
