Senior Commercial Finance Analyst

A leading Consumer business that continues to expand their presence in the market are looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, who will buy in to their brand and look to progress their career in the long term.

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead various sales forecasting processes including monthly re-forecast and yearly budget
• To produce clear performance tracking and analysis of international initiatives
• Partner the business to implement effective growth strategies
• Partner departments in the analysis of their financial KPIs, challenging and offering guidance to support business growth plans
• Assess and advise management of the financial implications and consequences of business decisions, including the preparation of Capital Expenditure Proposals
• To support the international trading finance manager with monthly territory reviews
• To model discount proposals across international territories
• To support the international directorate on regular and ad-hoc trade analysis

Your skill set will include:

• Business partnering experience
• CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Proven ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines
• Strong financial modelling & analytical skills
• Advanced skills in Excel
• High standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data
• Able to organise own work and to take initiative
• Able to determine insightful observations from detail for management attention
• Commercially aware
• Good communication/ interpersonal and influencing skills
• Flexible and open to change
