Axon Moore is recruiting for a massively high growth business based in South Manchester currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to asset the Finance Director in helping to deliver on the ambition to achieve over 100% turnover growth.
This business uses a cutting edge piece of software in order to provide a significant suite of analysis to clients in order to drive significant saving to their operations.
The Finance Business Partner will work alongside the Finance Director in a pivotal and varied role which will mix the ‘hand-on’ work within a young business, together with more strategic business partnering with internal and external stakeholders globally.
As is to expected within a high growth business, the role will have extensive variety. To this end, the Finance Business Partner will undertake the following roles and responsibilities;
• To provide accurate and timely management and financial reporting which complies with all internal and external regulatory requirements
• Budgeting and forecasting (including cashflow and foreign exchange)
• Stakeholder management
• Identification of areas where profit could be maximised through cost savings or other relevant measures
• Work on any adhoc projects as required
The Finance Business Partner will the following skills and experiences;
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with at least 3 years PQE
• Demonstrable stakeholder management experience
• Experience of financial controls and/or financial analysis
• You will be a committee team player with an appetite for a dynamic, high growth environment
