CFO

Our client, a PE backed multi-site recruitment business is seeking a highly commercial and entrepreneurial CFO. The business has a proven track record of profitable organic growth, has a fast moving dynamic culture, and is at an exciting point in its development. The CFO will be play a key role in their ambitious growth plans ahead of a successful exit in the future.

As a main Board director, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO, leading and managing the finance team. Key to the role will be ensuring the delivery and presentation of all financial results to the Board and advising them on business initiatives and acquisitions from a financial perspective. As well, making a contribution to the strategic direction and growth of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for cash flow management and forecasting, processes and controls, and KPI reporting to maintain an effective finance function.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) and will have been an autonomous CFO, preferably within a recruitment business. Further to this, the candidate will have excellent commercial acumen to drive growth within the market, particularly within a fast moving environment. The business will require a personable and excellent communicator that is able to help drive the company through continuous growth and successful sale process in the future. The role will be challenging but presents an outstanding opportunity to work in a growing company with an exciting growth plan.
