An opportunity has become available for a Finance Business Partner to join one of the world's most recognisable brands based in Middlesex.

Playing a pivotal role in driving and managing multiple projects in order to continually deliver the services and capabilities the business needs to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will be pulling together bespoke business cases, partnering across business areas and presenting to senior stakeholders. This role sits within a desirable area of British Airways with a strong leadership team.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to:

  • Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong academic background to degree level.
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex issues from large sets of data.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to have a positive influence on colleagues throughout the business.
  • Be commercially aware and the shows an understanding of up to date global issues that will affect the business.

  • You will be responsible for driving financial analysis and cost optimisation of the division within the organisation.
  • You will be the lead Finance Business Partner for the division within the business.
  • You will act as a key interface between various divisions within the organisation.
  • You will establish an effective project management process and able to consolidate and summarise internal controls within the business and deliver an adequate overall level of internal control to ensure best practice is carried out.
