Located close to Woking in Surrey my client has a new vacancy for a Financial Controller who will report to the Group FC.
This quoted plc has a strong track record of growth , is cash generative and is on the acquisition trail.
(the present incumbent has been promoted to the Group Role.
Duties will include
*The role will report to the Group Finance Controller and will take over many of the responsibilities associated with the control of the Group. Including but not limited to:
*Group accounting and consolidation.
*Cash control, including liaison with local banks,
*Group monthly reporting and review, including periodic profitability by business line and location.
*Budgeting and forecasting, annual and monthly.
*Establishing and maintaining relationships with auditors in all Group locations.
Applications are welcomed from qualified accountants, with at least three years post qualification experience.
Ideally you will have worked in a plc environment or equivalent in practice and be comfortable with IFRS and the latest standards!
