Commercial Head of Group FP&A

We are working with an industry leading organisation to identify an experienced Commercial Head of Group Financial Planning and Analysis to manage and provide commercial analysis to the management team and the investors of this business. The company has a strong growth plan in place and it is managed within a Private Equity backed framework.

As the Commercial Head of Group Financial Planning and Analysis, you will lead a small planning and analysis team, providing financial reporting and analytical support to the CEO, CFO and the senior executive team. Responsibilities of this role will also include monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and the production and interpretation of monthly financial analysis and data.

The ideal candidate for the Head FP&A role will have strong data modelling and commercial capabilities, with a technical mind-set and will be highly ambitious with a hands on approach. You will need to have an in-depth knowledge of MS Excel as you will be required to use this extensively in this role.  The client is looking for an ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified graduate with experience in an FMCG environment. The role will be based in Wellingborough, however visits to the London office will be required on occasion.
