Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Clerk

£25,000 - £30,000 pa, plus benefits and bonus

Frazer John Finance is excited to partner a rapidly rising Fintech/Challenger Bank for a key hire in its finance team for the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Clerk role. Duties will include:

• Receive and record in the ledger (Xero) invoices from suppliers
• File and organise the invoices in the supplier register and management tools
• Raise sales invoices and issue
• Process credit notes received
• Manage the appropriate authorisation process to ensure payment
• Update the treasury team of the forecast payment schedule

All applicants must be able to cope with high volumes of invoicing and be flexible to work around busy periods at month and quarter end.
