Operational Restructuring Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified ACA, or equivalent, to join the growing Business Performance Improvement team of a leading International Consultancy.

Working closely with a range of Corporate and Private Equity clients you will be involved in projects which will focus on the operational analysis of businesses and the subsequent design and implementation of performance improvement initiatives which may be pre or post transaction or due to a Restructuring or Turnaround situation.

Typical assignments may include cost reduction, supply chain, process optimisation, carve outs and shared services exercises which will fully test and develop your financial and business analysis skills. Operational and Commercial due diligence will also be a part of the role.

The successful candidate is likely to be ACA qualified, or equivalent, with an impressive academic background and ideally some previous Restructuring or Transaction Services experience gained within a Big 4 firm or leading Independent Consultancy.

Strong verbal and written communication and client handling skills are essential as well as proven financial modelling and analytical experience.

Sector expertise within TMT, Manufacturing, Industrials or Consumer Goods would be welcomed as would European language skills.
