Head of Finance role, leading a finance team and reporting directly into the Chief Operating Officer
Client Details
Leading art charity and grant making organisation that works towards providing opportunity for disadvantaged individuals. The charity is in a fantastic financial position and has ambitious aims for the future. They are currently looking for someone to join the organisation and take the finance function to the next level, looking to improve reporting and the finance infrastructure currently in place.
Description
- Lead on all financial management
- Work closely with budget holders on budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee all systems and processes
- Lead on cash flow management
- Year end reporting responsibility
- Leading the finance team
Profile
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong experience leading on financial management within an organisation. Ideally this will be within the not-for-profit sector, but all backgrounds will be considered. In addition, you will have a real interest in leading and developing your finance team as well as progressing and designing new systems and processes where possible.
Job Offer
£55,000 to £60,000
