Junior Service Charge Accountant

Junior Service Charge Accountant - London. Our Client is a well-established and renowned Property Management company that have been around for over 40 years specialising mainly within Block Management. They have now instructed us to find a Junior Service Charge Accountant to join their prestigious accounts team.

The Role: The successful candidate for the Junior Service Accountant role must assume the following responsibilities:

• Preparing service charge reconciliations.
• Coding, batching and processing invoices onto the system.
• Performing bank reconciliations.
• Creating budgets from scratch.
• Allocating payments for processing and transferring this onto the system.
• Responsible for any admin related type work such as filing/mail mergers.

The Person: MUST have previous background experience in Service Charge/Client Accounting and have worked in a similar environment. The successful candidate must also show a good understanding of Property Management Systems such as QUBE as well as Excel. The incumbent must also have good communication skills both verbally and written. They should show that they are 'hands on' and willing to learn.
