Michael Page Treasury are recruiting for a Group Treasury Manager to join a rapidly growing Real Estate- Tech business, based in Central London.
This is a newly created Treasury position in support of the Finance Director to develop a best-in-class finance function as the Group continues to grow organically and by acquisition.
Client Details
The Group Treasury Manager will have two direct reports who are primarily responsible for operational cash management i. managing cash transfers, making payments and bank reconciliations. As well as the above responsibilities the treasury manager will need to approve payments and review bank reconciliations prepared by their direct reports.
Description
Further responsibilities of the Group Treasury Manager include:
- Oversight of cash management
- Cash flow and working capital forecasting
- Intercompany funding
- Maintenance and development of banking relationships
- Ensure compliance of banking covenants for 5+ financing facilities
- Management of foreign currency and interest rate exposure
- Creating and maintaining treasury policies for the group
- Supporting the FD and legal team with new financing and refinancing opportunities
Profile
To be considered for the Group Treasury Manager position you require:
- Degree educated with at least a 2 in a finance related topic
- Qualified ACCA / ACA / ACT
- Solid understanding of group Treasury role (previous experience working in group Treasury team would be beneficial)
- Experience of working with large corporate structures;
- Experience of debt management and covenant reporting (highly desirable)
- Real estate experience advantageous;
- Strong IT/ system skills (e. Excel, Sage, SAP, Qube).
Job Offer
The package on offer is £60,000- £65,000 plus benefits.
