I am currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join my client, based in Sunbury On Thames on a 9 month contract.
£25K + 15% monthly collection bonus
Early Friday finish
- Resolve payment discrepancies with our customers.
- To issue credit when appropriate under our price protection policy.
- To liaise with our Sales team on a daily basis regarding customer account orders.
- To prepare and conduct all collection correspondence through verbal and written communication.
- To input and update customer accounts and credit terms on our accounting system.
- To make informed decisions regarding product shipments for customers who are on credit hold.
- To reconcile any account discrepancies.
- To resolve queries.
Experience:
- Previous Credit Control experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
