I am working with a multi-site private equity backed company who are looking for a Finance Director. The company currently have a turnover of £35m and are looking to treble their EBITDA before an exit in 3-4 years’ time.
This role will require you to drive the commerciality of the business and increase the business partnering. You will need to be hands-on to drive the business through their expected growth and through their exit plan.
