A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join a Private Equity backed property company. This is a permanent position that will involve working in close succession to the Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning. The company received Private Equity funding at the beginning of last year and has achieved a growth rate of 65% since then. They aspire for the company to reach 75% growth rate by next year; and the investors are ultimately looking to exit within the next three years. Subsequently, this is an exciting time to join the business and will require a candidate who can work autonomously in a fast paced and challenging environment.
The Role:
- Helping towards the monthly revenue forecasting.
- Assisting with data preparation.
- Actively working with senior management to build a 3 to 5-year plan.
- Ownership of budgets and setting KPIs.
- Improving the FP&A function to match recent growth.
The Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Must have experience of implementing systems and building models.
- Significant FP&A exposure.
- Experience working for Private Equity backed companies is ideal.
