Commercial Finance Manager

Fantastic opportunity for someone to join a dynamic, incredibly fast paced, commercial finance department with one of the UK's largest organisations.

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager that is 3-5 years PQE, ACA or CIMA.

Scope of role:

• You will be business partnering with the sales team to develop strong relations with customer teams and you will fully immersed in their financials.
• Strong understanding of different pricing methodologies, margin analysis and gross margin etc
• You will be managing 3 direct reports, 1 qualified, 1 part qual and 1 intern
• Responsible for coaching and developing a team
• Dealing with senior stakeholders across the business
• Have the gravitas to step into the controller position within a year.

What we require:

Strong commercial awareness and previous experience of business partnering in a cross functional environment gained within FMCG or Retail.Driven to take on additional responsibility in an organisation that provides a high level of autonomy with ambition to progress your career within commercial finance.Proven track record of building relationships outside of the finance function with well developed communication skillsMulti-tasking - need to be organised, highly efficient and able push multiple projects forward at the same timeAdvanced Excel skills with experience of scenario modelling
