Senior Management Accountant

Are you a qualified Finance Business Partner looking for a new, challenging opportunity within the NHS?

We are currently looking for a qualified Senior Management Accountant to join our NHS client based in Yorkshire.

The Senior Management Accountant role will see you responsible for providing leadership and performance management of all financial activities across a number of areas.  You will support a specific division in delivering the financial strategy and key financial goals by working closely with the clinical leads, leading on business planning, identify areas of cost savings and leading of month end.

To be considered for this Senior Management Accountant role you must be a qualified Management Accountant with demonstrable Financial Management/Finance Business Partnering experience ideally gained within an NHS Provider.

You must be able to demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills and be confident challenging when appropriate. You will present credible and compelling arguments both internally and externally at all levels and have the ability to manage complex issues and lead change.

With previous management experience you will motivate and lead whilst ensuring continuous development of the team.
