Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an immediately available Media Payables Clerk to join one of the world’s largest global communications groups. Reporting into head of payables, we are looking for someone with 1-2 years finance experience ideally within Media or Marketing to start immediately.

Key responsibilities:

• Setting up new supplier details and payment terms correctly on the system and ensure that the new account procedures are adhered in accordance with group policy.
• Processing invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring they are matched to the correct booking ID.
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts on a monthly basis, prior to any payments made and in line with strict deadlines.

Key skills & qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in a finance function
• Immediately Available
• Media or marketing experience
• Good communications skills
• Highly organised
