Senior Management Accountant

This mullti-award winning company has delivered outstanding international growth over the last few years, culminating in their recent acquisition by a NYSE listed business. This pivotal and exciting new chapter has initiated the requirement for an experienced, qualified Senior Management Accountant to join the small but dynamic team, head-quartered in Basingstoke.

You will be working closely with a number of individuals I have placed into the business myself and also the CFO, an inspirational and very accomplished leader, who is looking for an intelligent, adaptable and resourceful individual who can make an immediate impact across the finance function. You will take full responsibility for the management accounting of the group, comprising numerous entities, through the supervision and development of a small team of Assistant Accountants.

Candidates will be fully qualified and hold a proven track record of delivery in a challenging, fast paced and ideally international environment. You will have outstanding accounting and reconciliation skills and be adept at "unpicking" complex accounts. You will also demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to eloquently present financial information. You should be commercially minded and passionate about using financials to drive the business with an eye for detail whilst understanding and appreciating the bigger picture. Most important, is your desire to take ownership of your work and to consistently challenge yourself to deliver a best in class service to your stakeholders.
