Finance Business Partner, Central London – Marketing, up to £40,000 plus benefits
Finance business partner role available in a growing media and marketing agency in Central London. The selected candidate will be partnering with all levels of the business to analyse performance along with performing project revenue accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively working with business unit leads and teams to provide insight on meeting financial and operational goals through preparation and presentation of performance variance analysis and cascading key strategic messages throughout the business
- Partner with project managers and leads to ensure efficient and profitable project delivery including driving action plan where deviating from forecast
- Lead weekly Pipeline And Resourcing Meeting with business unit leads to drive conversion and resourcing plan against current pipeline opportunities
- Continuously improve the financial acumen of client-facing staff to continually build on the high-performance culture (e.g. leading training, advising on the meaning behind key metrics)
- Support Senior Finance Business Partner in preparing monthly management reporting pack which provides leadership and business unit leads of performance against KPIs
- Assist with reviewing project costing to ensure projects are costed for success
- Maintaining the project revenue ledger and company pipeline on an ongoing basis to enable and influence timely and informed decision making by company and business unit leadership
- Leading weekly meeting with Account Direction to track progress vs forecast identifying trends where budget has not been met to incorporate learnings into current and future projects
- Reconciling of actual revenue vs forecast on a monthly basis
- Analysing and investigating WIP, project costs and time variances to budget on existing projects
- Financial approval of project related expenses

- Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA
