Interim CFO

Our PE backed client within the business services sector, require an Interim CFO for 6 months initially, based in Hertfordshire. The company are experiencing a period of rapid growth and require finance support across their multi-site operations to ensure consistency, standardisation and collaboration with regards to controls, processes and financial information. You will be required to work with non-finance stakeholders across various sites to understand their financial position and spend. Key areas for delivery within this role will include delivery of the budget, reviewing labour costs and staff utilisation whilst ensuring CAPEX spend is aligned with the ongoing strategy. Due to their high-growth, the company will also require some additional support to ensure full integration of any prior acquisitions, with consistent control across all entities. Throughout the tenure of this assignment, the company will also be preparing for exit, therefore experience having led a PE backed organisation through a sale is preferable.
