Investigo are partnering with a Global services company close to Bracknell, to recruit a Balance Sheet Controller due to recent internal restructure. This is a senior leadership role, with line management of 9 people, giving you direct exposure to senior leadership team.
The Balance Sheet Controller is responsible for high level Balance Sheet reconciliations for Europe, ensuring all entries are valid and accounted for. Acting on behalf of the Regional Controllers, the Balance Sheet Controller is required to drive best practice, strong governance and provide insight into European Balance Sheets to ensure strong fiscal control.
Our client is looking for the following:
- Qualified Accountant ACA or ACCA
- Experience of working with an external audit firm
- Experience of managing balance sheet control within a complex matrix structure
- Able to demonstrate understanding of good practice in the area of balance sheet control and accounting principles.
- Will also consider candidates straight from a Manager or Senior Manager from Top 10 Accounting firm.
