SF Group are working with a leader within the Design & Manufacturing space, currently looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their team, based in Dudley.
The successful candidate will lead a small team of qualified finance professionals, reporting to the Financial Director.
Main responsibilities:
- Project / cash flow accounting, revenue recognition, long term WIP accounting
- Interaction with operational managers
- Variance Analysis and Working Capital Management
- Leading team within finance, aiding development of team members
- Budget and forecast preparation in collaboration with Finance Director
- Driving of consolidated monthly management accounting process
- Improvement of internal accounting and reporting processes
Qualifications:
- Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, ... )
- Several years of experience within a similar role with line management responsibility
- Strong experience of project accounting and revenue recognition
- Experience working in a global company that trades internationally is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with different operational units
