My client is a leading specialist global financier that provides bespoke financing solutions to a diverse range of industry professionals across a multitude of assets: from major property developments, to alternatives, to receivables. Since there inception this organising has provided more than £530 million of funding for real estate and asset-backed transactions across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

Role
The role involves driving the management reporting process across the group together with the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting duties.

Responsibilities
*Preparation of monthly management accounts and consolidated group position
*Ownership of group intercompany reconciliation and loan position reporting
*Delivery of semi-annual and annual statutory accounts (listed)
*Coordination with outsourced partner on the timely delivery of financial accounts
*Assist in the delivery of the group's tax compliance requirements
*Develop budgets and financial plans for the group's operating companies
*Assist in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board members
*Other ad hoc financial reporting as required

Relevant Experience
*Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Sage Line 50 (essential)
*Financial Services experience (essential)
*Corporate Finance / Property (desirable)
*Self-management to meet deadlines
*Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
