Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join a marketing agency that is apart of a large global network. The group finance team is a lively and friendly division, so if you’re outgoing, personable and like to be kept busy, you’ll fit right in.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the setup processes of new supplier details and payment terms.
• You’ll run monthly unmatched PO reports
• Ensure that invoices are fully authorised
• You will ensure supplier reconciliations are performed monthly, prior to any payments made.
• Bank reconciliations are to be done regularly to maintain the AP and Expense Ledgers.

Key skills & Qualifications:

• Finance & Accounting degree
• Previous AP experience desirable
• You should be confident with Office – Excel & Outlook
• You should have a high standard of numeracy and communication skills
