We have been instructed to source an experienced FD with room in their portfolio to take on another client for anything from 4-8 days per month. My SME client are keen to secure the services of an experienced Finance Director, ideally someone who has had experience in selling businesses into private equity or similar investment platforms, someone who has experience in IPO environments would also be of interest.
For this role I require an individual who has availability within their portfolio to commit to such an assignment, happy to work in a flexible part-time capacity as well as the clear aforementioned experience working strategically with a dynamic management team.
