They not only ensure a high level of service is ultimately provided to the end users but also offers its franchisees a mix of:
- Technical Support
- IT Support
- Regular training
- Marketing Support
The role
To be the first point of contact for your allocated franchisees for anything relating to technical support and all aspects of the franchisees’ business, including basic IT requirements and strategy advice.
In addition, the Support Accountant will:
- Provide advice to franchisees when their Support Accountant is not available;
- Ensure your own technical knowledge is up to date;
- Deliver franchisee training through webinars and face to face training
- Work collaboratively within the team and providing a second opinion to colleagues when needed;
- Provide the Marketing team with technical input;
- Prepare weekly reports on your franchisees and discussing in internal meetings.
- Visit franchisees in their offices (nationwide) as part of relationship building and assisting with practice management.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and possess the drive to provide high quality output in all their work
He / she will also have:
- A solid working knowledge of accounting and tax as it affects the SME market with a desire to keep that knowledge up to date.;
- A strong team player who leaves politics at the door and who has experience in working within a close-knit team;
- Previous experience from practice (preferred).
